don't know if already proposed...I read the list in the 1st sticky thread and I didn't find any similar.
it is directly from another browser game (Maxithlon) and IMO it works fine. in few words... at now you can bid a player and if you can't login anymore till the end of the sell, you can only pray the saints. my proposal...let set to the users a max amount of $ for that player. so anytime someone else make a bid, the system make a new offer till to reach the price antecedently set. example (with invented numbers): user 1 set 100000 $ as max bid for a player @10.00 (the sell end @ 16.00) and then he can't log in anymore till tomorrow. the max offer now is 15000 and it is for user 1. now (@ 12.00) an user 2 make his bid...20000. the system automatically reply with a new bid from user 1...25000. user 2 is online, see the new bid and make his new bid...30000. the system make the bid for user 1...35000 and go on...until... the price reach +100000...so user 1 can't no more buy that player...he isn't online but at least he had set a "personal" price for that player ...over that price, in some way, he won't make any other offer. I think will be useful for who can't be online often PS. sorry for long post and bad english  |
