I love changes. Then I have to respond, and the game is active and interesting. In games where absolutely nothing happens, then this games will be dull with time.

Therefore I wish and demand changes and improvements from time to time.

Thanks

Yes yes and yes again....

The match engine is looking much better than the previous one.. in terms of big plays, all Pete needs to do now is somehow find a way of allowing the defense to make tackles 15-50 yards downfield so that every breakaway does not result in a TD.

BUT.... for 4-5 seasons, safeties and corners, and to a slightly lesser extent linebackers, have been neglected positions in RZA. How many of us prioritised DL to try to stuff the previously dominant running game? How many teams put their best allround defensive players at MLB/OLB/DE instead of SS?

I've been playing teams who are trying to field a dime all day against 4WR but who only have 3-4 CBs on their roster, equally how do you expect a defense to play 30-40 snaps in 3-3-5 when you only have a couple of capable safeties?

I have a receiver for example with 48+ speed/41+ strength/30+ agility/ 30+catching/ 30+ positioning/20+ carrying? How many teams have a CB capable of single coverage on a guy like that? He would need to be double teamed.

So what options are there?

Missed tackles delay the receiver more? Maybe the tackle is only partially 'missed', the CB has hold of the wideout, but struggles to bring him down, then a FS comes steaming in? Maybe intelligent DBs team tackle a receiver - one stands him up, the other takes his legs? Or maybe they start to knock the receiver out of bounds rather than actually bring him down?

Then of course there are the much needed adjustments to blitzing.

These are all options.

So, at the begining of the next season we will play with new not-tested engine...

I'll take this as an personal offense, Dark_wing. We tested in many hundreds of games, and the last week with several testgroups, different tactics. It is absolutely out of focus to claim "not-tested".

Thanks for your attention!

i neglegtected my DL for DBs. some of it out of neglecting the game and losing them but overall my DB's are better than most of my DL and LB's. i see a lot of teams playing SG4 only and Dime does any team have WR's and DBs as good as the mains to cover! doubt it.

int returns still seem false on the gained yardage front. too large most of the time considering its in their backfield.
