Just because I couldn't find it anywhere...did the draft scouting procedure change? I scouted all of the draftees, then I downloaded the CSV file and for the first time ever, I now have all their skills in the file. Are those the real skills or do I still need to overwrite them with the skills from the scouting report?

While I don't want to elaborate on whether this is really something I should do or not, your answer didn't really help the cause. Maybe someone else can shed some light here? Would appreciate it. Thanks!

The only thing that has changed was this:

"Scout reports for Draftees are now for free, and not limited
The Drafte-CSV contains now all skills, unsharpened based on the level of the scout"

This is taken from the changelog. Not sure if this is the info that you are looking for, but that's it, nothing else as changed reguarding how you setup the board. At least that I know of.

Why didn't you just check a few scout reports and compare them with the skills in the file?
You would've gotten your answer right away, that they're the same.

Finally, both are scout reports, so why there should be differences?

Thanks. I'll be more cautious next time as to what I can ask in this forum and what I rather keep to myself.

If there would be a smiley like I would understand this...Why should you keep such a question for you?
