Mine are multi skilled, and seem to do well enough!

I was just looking at my team stats and it seems that my Oline has missed almost as many blocks in 11 games this season in 1.1. as they did all last season in 2.2

Avg. blocking of my top 5 OL-players is 38,4

I've been having the same problem with a YA player I promoted. He's ~20 in Blocking/Position/Footwork and easily my best OLer

But he just seems to get dominated... I scouted the best in my league and they all have blocking >30 so while he's my best he just isn't up to par yet unfortunately.

Surprised to see an average of 38.4 tho!

Dark_Wing often one-skills his Players. Most of those OL's will have blocking approx 40 , but Footwork somewhere between 15-20.

If that's the way a Manager wants to go then good luck, however , I'm not convinced that one-skilling works ..... and Admin has occasionally hinted that it doesn't.

For sure it works, but it is too expensive in my opinion.

That's exactly it. Because, the question is .... where do you stop ?
Looks to me like some Managers will stop only at the 'Talent limitation' .... i.e. Train Blocking on a 5* OL to 50 ..... that's just Nuts.

I saw the CB on the TM recently with Tackling=50 ..... I wondered if anyone would be daft enough to bid, but somebody actually paid $100 Million ! ....... $100 Million for the 'privilege' of owning a Player that you'd be obliged to pay +/- $500,000 per week .

Would be nice if there was a de-Train facility ..... then you could lower the skills of players that had been one-skilled or trained to excessive levels.

Also add in the fact that most of the top guys Oline have a higher overall exp factor

I think the best tactic is to get all the players in place with the right Spd/Str/INT/TW, fill them out, let finances balloon and then start training specifics for a run at it all!
