Is it just my imagination, or does The New New Engine (V 2.2.1) seem surprisingly different from The Old New Engine (V 2.0.0) ???
I was expecting it to seem more like 'tweaks' or 'amendments', but 2.2.1 vs 2.0.0 seems very different, almost as if 2.2.1 is a major re-write rather than a base version of 2.0.0 with 'fixes' and 'patches' applied  |

It is not a rewrite of the engine or the process behind, this is why I stick with 2.x. But yes, some of the things were rewritten, as parts of the blitzing and the defense. We have seen issues, and we fixed them - it seems. I am quite satisfied

1/ can they tackle runners? 2/ Do SFs cover for blitzing LBs? |

btw, been meaning to ask this for a while -
When a player blitzes, can a DE still break thru, and if so, does this mean a certain sack since the FB can only block 1 (assuming the QB does not escape)? Last edited on 2012-11-24 10:40:40 by hosh13 |

maybe sometimes answers should be given. since the engine is always being altered its not an unreasonable question. this isnt ToG and keep everything in the dark.

For sure the chance is higher if two guys attack the QB instead only one. I think this is obvious
