Hey all been a while since ive posted but i wanted to ask you all what i should do for my fiancee. As of late she's been having headaches, been nausious, and even had dizzy spells and been short of breath. She's had her heart checked and it was normal. I'm worried that it could be a tumor; but she said it started at least 7-8 months ago. First off should i be super concerened, and second what should we do?

I no PHD so I can't give any advise.
But if the heart is OK, it could be anything, from stress to cancer. Was her blood checked? Blood presure I assume is also OK? Can she do workouts for a longer time, without getting breath problems? I know it is expensive to get a full check in the USA, but maybe it is worth it. |

I don't think you should be super concerned, but transatlantic diagnosis in English is kind of hard.
But you could send me a pm if you want or use the forum, and I could have a look at it. Need more info though: -How old is she? - Is she pregnant? - Is she a student or work. What kind of work? -Where in the head is the pain? Character? How painful 1-10? - One side or both? Always at the same spot? - Pain elsewhere? - Other symptoms? nauxious, vomits, avoids light, sound smells? Numbness? tears? different size of pupil? - Mental stress? Worse after alcohol intake? Sleeping problems? Does she use any medication? -When did it start? -Is it constant? If not, when does it start and how long does it last? - Does she wake up with it? What time of the day is it the worst? - Has she been bothered by this before? - Is it worse at some time of the year? (menstrual cycle, winter etc) - Better during holidays? - Other useful info? |

not fooling around; just waiting til she can get on ahcccs which is basically free healthcare here in arizona over in the US. Im thinking it might have a lot to do with her cyst that she has; because of the fact that it acts like a fertilized egg; which sends the same hormones as pregnancy. Right now she refuses to get surgery; knowing that she has no way to pay for it.
