I am sometimes a wizard, but this was slightly too fast

Seriously, this will consume some time, and I would like to receive more positive feedback before I write a single line of code. So switch yourself back into "theory mode", please

Just to be 100% clear here -

If a manager places a bid that's rejected then he is out of the picture permanently for that trade - correct?

No, if it was rejected he can make a new one. If it became an ignored, unanswered bid, he cannot bid again

You make a bid on my offered player which is too low for me. Why shouldnt I give you a chance for a second shot by refusing your first one and telling you "I epxect more to accept"?
