I only have the one that Buffalo already posted. I have maybe 5 at 3.5 stars....so sometime sooner than later they will become 4 stars. Doesn't mean wins though....

It's a formular for the skills. That's it. Of cause it helps to have more players with lots of stars. But I have for example a QB on the teststage stuck at 3,5* because i did stop training him in passing at 40 to keep the wage down. Still he gets better, for example in carrying, so if he takes of for a run, he can do that very good. |
