I just want to bring up a situation here and open it for discussion.

I can live with the situation as it is now, but I just wanted to make people aware of the current situation and ask for oppinions.

Today I had my Bowl game, and the game was played in my opponents stadium.

Unfourtunately he did not renovate his site for some time now and the attandance was around sold out 105.000 instead of a around sold out 144.000, as it would have been if the Bowl would have been played in my stadium.

So me and my opponent did lose some money here.

What do you think?

Before stadium condition was introduced, this was basically a non factor, since all had a full stadium.

Now a team can have a very bad stadium and does punish both teams.

Oppinions?

ive always thought this; but never brought it up; a neutral stadium; picked by the community; or maybe at random; but meeting certain criteria such as:

1: Fully built
2: Fully conditioned
3: No games can be scheduled that day (in case of random picking)

Im sure that last one will get backlash but i could see a neutral stadium working

Keep it like it is, teams have earned the home field advantage by either having a better record, or in case of a tie better point diferential then the opponent, if anyone fails to keep their stadium at the optimal condition it's tough but it's how the game is played.

Correct me if I'm wrong but as I remember there is no home field advantage in the bowl game?

Jack, you should PM your opponent with a reminder about his stadium condition
