I think the optimal solution would be, that the bowl games are allways sold out, independent from the stadium conditions. Fans don't care about the stadum condition.... it is the BOWL.

Maybe we could issue a reminder to all managers on the Saturday or Sunday before the bowl.
Something along the lines of "Oi pay your wax tax by Tuesday or else " |

If a manager is not able to fulfill basic tasks, should the game really help him? Just playing devils advocate, and arguing about an autopilot feature - dont get me wrong here

Managers have duties... washing the bloody stadium isnt one of them. it should be automated as its a stupid waste of time. the money element i agree with. |

I agree but if there was to be an automated feature I would create a caretaker position to look after the stadium and I would make him expensive to hire. Certainly more than it would cost for someone to upgrade before every home game and I would take into consideration 8 home league games, 15 supercup games and the potential to have 17 home playoff games also (League, SC and CoC) Last edited on 2013-01-16 17:20:40 by bwadders76 |

If we ever add a facility manager, he would be in the same charges as the other "staff". I guess this is not what you guys have in mind

I guess this is not what you guys have in mind Then it would be cheaper to have it on auto pilot than it would to have to do it manually. There is no financial saving to doing it yourself then. If you made all the bowl games you could potentially have 40 home games in a season. If you hired the staff at $50k per week cost is a drop in the ocean compared to the wax tax on all those games. His salary could be purely for automating the process, so you would still have to pay the regular fees for the actual renovation on top of his salary. |
