aesthetically the game could be better, but I guess the game itself has to be the main focus at the moment and not how pretty it is, the one thing that does grate me at the moment though is the match field when watching a game, sorry to say this, but to me it serves no purpose and kind of reminds me of an old american football game on the spectrum 48k

I think the work on a new gamecenter is in progress, behing closed doors (Top-secret) . We have to be patient. But I know Preachie will create nice stuff.

Graphics? did you rember the "Design" in Season 1?

I think if you wanna play a Footballmanager game you should be aware that this sport is a complicated one and i think this game here finds the small path between "just another simple Managergame" and "I need to make a Coachinglicenz and a managerlicenz to even have a glue".

It´s not that hard here.

Training: explains itselfe more or less
Trainingfacilitys: same
HR Department: what would be a managergame without negotiations?
Finances: much easier then it is here isn´t possible (build your stadium to max and use your Fanshop that´s it)

Playbook:
OK here comes the tricky part, for me it´s still to easy to set up cause i could not call blocking scemes or Passpatterns or Coverages or stunts and specific blitzes but i do those things in RL, for a person thats watching just the NFL in TV it maybe hard but what a the options the playbook gives you?
Formations look at the manual and by just looking on the Pictures of the formations you could anticipate which formation is for run/pass or against run/pass
Type of Play: Run or Pass (screens/playaction/FB dives out of a 2 Back Formation/HB Passes/End Arounds.... are not in it right now) without using of medium or deep pass you are on the safe side
Direction: its your decision if you have 5 strong Oliner that could dominate your oponnent and you could run the whole field or you got just one good Tackel so you run to his side; same with Passing (one good WR pass his side, some more sprea the field)
When to Punt/Kick:
Simple like in RL; if you are leading ->Punt if you need some points and you are in a range your Kicker has a chance ->Kick
Clockmanagment: with the possibilities given the important thing is the 30sec mark, cause you don´t have the option to take a timeout, 30 sec bevor the the half/end of game being in FG range means kick it, except your down by more than 30sec then throw that pass.

Glad to hear not everyone wants to simplify things. There's allready a game for people that don't know football.

New managers are popping up left and right in my league. At this rate we'll need more leagues
