Yeah I have it activated. Only one of my draft players is a starter so I have him, one guy (so far) from tm, 3 guys from YA and moved like 4/5 guys around. So have a few starters at 10%. I think I'll have to restrict the YA guys to supercup until they get to 60/70%...

The good thing with the player lounge is, that it effects all players on the roster, including the YA players.
Means, their TC will raise also.
Does not help much, but if you do this (like activate player lounge after drfat for 2-3 trainings) with your players starting as 16 years old until they get 20 and promoted, they will have a TC in the 30+% already, just for being in your YA for 5 years.

Thats class actually. Just looked at my YA guys and seen the change! So players lounge with SC and Friendlies I should be ok in ~3/4 updates... Its just the game on Tues I'm worried about so.

My SS has 22% atm so might play my draft mlb there for a bit... He should have >80% by Tues.

On our home page where it says "Team" Chemistry, does this % effect the entire team?

Or does individual chemistry only effect that single player?
