Sorry Buddy, but the one of the goals is to make the transfer market cheaper, and by this making talent cheaper. Exactly what you would like to see, I guess...

Not followed this thread properly as not got time.

Am I right in thinking there are newly created players being generated purely for the TM with crazy skills that are out of sync with draft players.

All for increasing supply of draft calibre players on TM but against creation of uber players. Why not scratch the 'new players' but just push for increasing supply of normal free agents - ie get as many of the 'bot picked draft picks' onto the transfer market the following year. There must be a lot to choose from that can be flooded onto the market.

Well the first few auctions have shown that Pete was right and price of players drop down as probably non of the bigger players want to spend money now and waiting on following FA.

It will be interesting where will be prices after 2-3 weeks.

Players are not being created from scratch, instead they are released from the database in higher numbers and also higher quality.

Exactly...can't wait... And I am sure the big spenders just wait for the first wave...They will have to spend their money as well...

Why aren't you down with it though?

When you look at these players they aren't going to start on a lot of the top teams rosters as skills of the starting players are usually in the late 30's or early 40's. For example your top DL Antoine Benavidez has POS and TAK over 40 with VIS over 35.

Those that will be hardest hit by this are those sides who will join later in the season and look to sell a draftee for over $100m to build their stadium quickly so that they can catch up. Or are you so upset because you won't be able to prolong your high salaries by selling players like Thawi Kukrit to teams like Urshult Gladiators for $133m anymore?

Well by definition I'm against changing the color of flawed designs. I'm about rooting the core before you deal with the aesthetics. Your proposal is a lot more than just mere aesthetics.. but it ONLY answers the spending. It devastates the selling side of the market (I'd never use myself in such an example). One of my main focuses on all these TM posts and suggestions is we far too often (myself included) focus only on the bidding/buying side of things and ignore many that many of the managers make a living in this game by selling premiere players out of sync with the team.

And what if a conversative manager has a change of heart and wants to buy up some primo players of their own. They've worked hard for the wealth... we all have... why shouldnt they be allowed to spend what they want to spend as long as they dont go over their account and expenses? If someone puts a player up who they feel is worth 250m (ha!) why shouldnt they be able to bid that much if they got it like that?

If I'm incorrect pls correct me but think the goal of a Purchase Cap is to limit the involvment of hyperactivity on the TM thus producing more involvment by the Kingdom at large.. I'm not against that notion.. but it comes at the cost of the seller and at the cost of a manager who would like to splurge just a little bit over the norm for whatever reason they feel worth it.

But to be perfectly honest.. I cant give these types of suggestions too much thought if it doesnt include a way to circumvent the whole Time issue and 2 min bid wars. Those supersede every talk about any form of change in the TM because if their still there... all were really doing is going a LONG about way fixing economics. I'm certain that damn near all of the high quality bids are won or lost because of Time/2min issue. I cant be convinced otherwise..

I was 2 day off the internet(because of that won't read through all the topic) and such a great change. Despite it's bad for economy overall. Finally after such a long time players whose managers failed to survive with their teams are available regularly and fast after team's failure.
Thank you a lot, dear Admin for such a huge improvement of transfer market after only small ones in the past(like minimum difference between previous and new bid).

Someone who thinks only old players can benefit from this is wrong. If we'll buy too much stars, then you, later starters, will have your time, when our teams will fight for financial survival. Maybe for now, we'll benefit, but after some time everyone could.
