Michael Vick has signed a 1 year deal to stay with the Eagles.

The restructured contract seem to be complex and give the Eagles more options to get rid of Vick before the season.

Falcons cut Michael Turner, Dunta Robinson and John Abraham.

Surprised to see John Abraham cut, he got 10 sacks last season ... the next best on the team was Four .
So with Abraham gone, Atlanta desperately need some Pass-rush from somewhere .......

:SaveMillionsInCapSpace:

Pat Yasinskas at ESPN has the Falcons saving the following:

Turner: $6.9 million
Robinson: $3.75 million, plus a $3 million roster bonus
Abraham: $5.75 million

The Vikings agree to trade Harvin to the Seahaws. The NFC West is getting stronger and stronger.

kinda feel as if they overpaid for Harvin! A First, a Seventh and a mid round pick next year seems too much for a guy who wants a lot of money and is injured quite a lot!

Now it's getting strange.

Boldin is traded to the 49ers for a 6th round pick. Did he forgett the rivality?
What are the next moves? James Harrison to the Ravens, Mike Wallace to the Browns?

James Harrison won't be going to Baltimore.

Initiallly i HATED the Boldin trade after the way he played in the playoffs but looking at his season as a whole, too often he didn't get open meaning that Flacco's passes had to be extremely precise. Hopefully we can bring in someone else in the offseason as I don't think Smith, Jones and Doss aren't a good core.

As for Harvin, if he can stay healthy then he can be one of the most dangerous playmakers in the league but if his issues continue then he won't add much. The Seahawks haven't given up THAT much considering the possible upside

Reggie Bush likely to end up at the Lions from what I have just read.

Seahawks have the second highest number of picks in the draft so can spare what they have given.

The midround pick next year is a 3rd rounder so pretty good deal for the Vikings.

Im a Vikings fan so saw all the games last year. Peterson is our dominant force whereas Percy was always going to be second. He's good though, don't get me wrong, and deserves to be the number 1 offensive weapon somewhere and he can produce the goods. Seattle will be stronger with him and it looks like a win for both teams. He doesn't win games like AP.

He is the best returner in the game at the moment.

Injuries could be a problem with him though as he suffered a bit with us. Still, they haven't given up much considering they have another 8 picks at least and a great defense.

The one thing that is always nice about being a Bengals fan: you never have to worry about Mike Brown overbuying a player in free agency. Or buying a player in free agency period. Or signing guys that are vitally important to the team to contracts they deserve. Or doing anything helpful to the team that requires money. I hate Mike Brown.
