There will be some sort of seeding system in place for the cup but I will try to keep sides from the same league apart for the groups

Start a UK Cup when the defending champion is newly entered into 2 friendly cups already... anyone would think you planned it this way just so you have a chance of winning?   |

Yeah, sorry, I had a chat with Wadd, we agreed it's time for another UK Cup.
