We have brought it up time time again about the FB be able to block on the run. But what about the TE? Right now the TE is unless as the FB in run blocking.
And if I'm not mistaking the only time a TE blocks anyone in the game is when a block was broken or blitz? And other question how much success have some of you been having using the TE in the passing game? I know the last Time I used one it was worthless |

i try to use my tight end in the passing game (mostly because i love tight ends in real life e.g. Rob Gronkowski, Vernon Davis, Dennis Pitta and Tony Gonzalez), although i've had mixed success. On average mine catch around two passes per game, although one recent friendly one had seven catches!

I guess there is a reason why TEs are less good in pass receiving than WRs...it is simply because many managers go for the blocking abilities first, and then think about catching. This results in less good catching (average) ..

I am have 3 very good TE-s! As result - lot of yars and TD-s by TE-s.  |
