I dont quite get it.
My FB with 42.5 TW only increased his positioning by 0.3 While one of my LB with TW 12.5 increased his vision by 0.5. Both were training these skills at 80%. and my FB coach is 56 and LB coach 79. is this the way it should be or has something gone wrong? |

It depends which coach considers which skills to be primary or secondary

(TW + Coach + random 25-40) FB: (42.5 + 16 + 25)/2 = 41.75 41.75 x 0.8 = 33.4 LB: (12.5 + 39 + 40)/2 = 45.75 45.75 x 0.8 = 36.6 Plus coach consistency and facilities. Its odd ,but possible. The lb could've been on xx.x9 or something so the increase looks bigger. |

I accepted the above so i changed what my FB is training and he is now training strenth at 80%. my FB has TW 42.5
I also am using weight room and wind tunnel so he is now getting a 20% boost on strenth aswell yet he only got a 0.4 increase in training and yet my kicker with 36TW also got a 0.4 increase yet I have no speacial team coach and i have a 56 FB coach. I find it very strange. |
