the franchise contract was why i picked him up; plus if i can stay in the top div after the releg game; his salary wont hurt me too much

exactly; putting him on a franchise contract keeps his wage from increasing each year; and his original that he wanted was about 350K so by spending the extra hundred now i save over 5 seasons

But he is maxed in skill now at 48.5, but at the same time his salary is 16k higher than the skill based salary for skill level 49. How can that save money in the long run? |
