Just for your reference:

with an users help (you know who I mean, my friend ) I was able to reveal another bigger cheating attempt. This user created at least 10 different teams, and used them by login in with an anonymizer networking service. This is why we are now blocking transfer attempts between all users of such anonymizer networking services. If the page detects such an login attempt, it cancels the users ability to trade with other users using such services for a whole year. This should work...

No, that is the so called "Superbowl wave"...I did not kill the cheaters accounts, I just disabled them for any player transfers between theirselves

You might laugh, but I thought about such a pillory already...but the risk is too high to put false positives on such a list

Would be good, some of the "Top 100" lists are a bit static .... Top 100 Cheaters would add some spice

Get yourself a good lawyer first though
