Pete, Please check the following for factual accuracy (I've not built Seats for a long time, therefore I'm relying upon memory). Thanks.

OK, I suggest the following :-

Replace this :-

"Hint: The constructed seats are available on the completion/finish date. "

with this :-

Seat Building Timescale
Seat Building in RZA takes 5 days (inclusive). Whilst seats are being built, the affected Stand(s) is 'under construction' and therefore the whole Stand is classed as 'unavailable' to spectators. The capacity of a Stand under construction will show as zero for the duration of the construction period.

The constructed seats will be available from 0030 on the completion/finish date .... for more details please see The Weekly Schedule <- - - - - - - - - Hyperlink to The Weekly Schedule in The Manual

Seat Building example :-
If you have a home League game on Tuesday (@ 20:00), an away Supercup game on Thursday, and a home League game on Saturday, you could do the following :-

Wait until the Tuesday game has finished.
Build seats on one Stand (or all 4 Stands) at 2130 (or any time after the game but before midnight).
The Stand(s) will be closed for 5 inclusive days ..... this means that the Stand(s) will be available @ 0030 on Saturday.
Therefore if you have a Home League game on Saturday, the construction will be finished (and the new seats available) in time for the League game.

This to me says the manager should have known there was a construction period, so its their fault.

But given that there was no notification of construction time is it possible to reach a compromise and just switch the venues?

I'm curious, is this the first time the manager has attempted to expand their stadium?

right!
I think that he can't ask to cancel his costruction, but can be a good thing make a alert that says how many time the costruction use time.

It's the manager's fail, sorry. Without knowing the exact circumstances, I find it unlikely that this is the first time they've expanded their stadium, so they really should know how long it takes.

There's another point here about finances for newer players (like me!) at end of regular season. It should be strongly advised that they keep a war chest of funds to carry them over season end until they understand the economics fully, so for me, expanding the stadium is out until the start of next season, because I can't accurately predict my end-of-season revenue.

I don't think undoing mistakes like this is really fair on the other players, and it would also open up the possibility that you'd start getting all sorts of requests to undo similar financial mistakes - paid too much for a transfer, hired coaches too early, etc, etc. The decision has been made, the player should live with the consequences.

I agree.

Three things :-

(1) caveat emptor ... let the buyer beware ....or in other words, the onus is on The Manager to understand the consequences of hitting the "OK" button.

(2) Amend the message so that the completion date is shown before the OK button

(3) Add the construction period to the Stadium section of the Manual.
Admin, ... if you want, I could write a sentence or two to add into the Manual ... if you want me to, I'll do it.
yes please

In my opinion the bad part is when you start to build your stadium it don't say when the stadium is finished until you start the construction

Right. As a fellow new owner, I'm with the minority of folks who say undo the construction. There's no way to know how long the construction will take until you take action on it

except it does say in the manual and i don't understand why ppl would go about constructing something expensive without knowing more about it. i had to fire a coach my first season that ended up costing me 5 million. i didn't get that reversed. i don't think anyone should be given the benefit of the doubt in these spots.

if you messed up that badly then why not just abandon the team and start over?

many of us did this mistake even i but he is the first who put this on the table i think is logic to know how many days it take to build the stadium

I understand this stance - I've fired coaches and got caught with stadium construction. Nothing permanently debilitating, though, so I just chalk it up to learning things the hard way.
