There should be a "referral link" for encouraging Managers to switch to HR .... and the referral prize should be doubled if it's Hosh that switches

You have a TE with 30 blocking and all other skills are way down and they would take you 3 full seasons to catch all other skills up. Without HR you would be paying roughly $15,500 each financial week. Over the course of three full seasons (24 financial weeks a season) you would pay him roughly $1,116,000 over the course of the three seasons. With HR you negotiate two contracts for this and next season therefore you get him at a discount you would then pay the same player $1,004,400 over the same period which would save you $111,600. Multiply this over 70 players and it makes a difference. Then take into account those players whose skills are over 30 and that figure just keeps rising. |
