Some more details:
The balancing itself was odd. This means the behavior of the formations, how they work left or right, short or deep play, are still valid from your test. The same is valid for the interaction vs other formations, like it is better to defend deep or strong versus a formation. Odd was the outcome of the players interaction in such formations. Thsi means the LB might be stronger than it should, or the RB weaker than it should, such things are covered by the balancing matrix, which was at "0" for the new formations... |

So if I simply tested how their effectiveness against the different deffensive formations, it shouldn't be way of? Is that correct understood?
I didn't do anything fancy like testing sides or medium/deep passes, just plain running and passing letting it be up to the engine to decide sides and length of passes. |

Depends: if you just judge by "yards outcome", your results are not worth to store them. If you created kind of a matrix for "left is 10% better on Flexbone vs 3-3.5" the result is still valid Disclaimer: just an example, no valid numbers! |
