After 4 scrimmages, I have the exact opposite result: the SBSpread is 1.5 times better than the 4WR on running vs. the same defense formations.

I ran them pretty close to the same. The only difference was a 344 vs a 335. I'll run some scrimmages later using both on 344 vs pass and then on 335 on pass.

So was the u p d a t e u p d a t e added for yesterdays games? I had one at 5pm and would like to know if it was under the new singleback rules/balancing.

I had some additional checks during yesterdays evening.
I just ran all offense vs all defenses, using a similar playbook, similar players, similar coaches on both sides of the line, using passes, rushes, inner and out, short and deep. I ran this simulation several thousand times again, and was not able to see any "overpowered formation", not when it comes to singleback, not for others. The differences I have seen was just about when you pass versus a rush defense, as example. Maybe your results are a bit "screwed" because you can't make sure you have equal conditions on both offense and defense all the time. The balancing simulation can do that |

I ran 4 more simulations with the same exact defenses, the same exact DC, the same offense playbook except one was Single Spread and one was 4wrsg.
Results were split, 2 games one formation had an advantage and 2 the other way. 2 close games and 2 games that were 14 points apart. Pretty close. |
