Well you still don't know for sure, that's what this entire debate was about But there are a lot of good hints in there, and if you combine it with a search of the forums you should be able to get close.

I know, as I said it took me a while to Even after that, there was a period where I remembered I had seen it, but couldn't find it again

Pete any chance we can move to a more self explanatory title like "skills" for instance?

You also get some confusing hints in there which is what I personally don't like.

Carrying for example. "Carrying helps Running backs, Wide receivers and Tight ends to carry the ball through the defensive lines. It is useful for defenders too, if they are returning an interception or fumble. Of course, it is also important for returning a kick or punt. Carrying avoids fumbling the ball. Carrying is the theoretical aspect - how to - of carrying a ball."

Are FB considered RB in the first sentence? Why aren't QBs listed? Why are WRs and TEs in there when they can't fumble (yet)?

Same for Footwork. "Footwork is the skill to determine how stable a guy is on his feet. Tackles and Blocks at the LOS are well supported by footwork. Tackles besides the ones on the LOS might benefit from Footwork, too."

What does stability means here? Would it help QB avoid sacks or make more accurate passes when under pressure? Does it help ball carriers avoid tackles? Why "might" in the last sentence?

IMO these definitions lead to more confusion, would high Footwork and/or high carrying help my QB avoid sacks? Would it help my WRs/TEs break tackles by being more "stable" than the defender trying to bring them down? Does it or does it not help tackling in the open field?

I'm not going to open the debate again. As I said there are hints and some explanations in there no more than that. As intended it is not explained exactly how every skill work and for which players.
