most important thing... regardless of the vote.. if you have an idea and feel good about it, propose it. I'm all for ideas being on the table...
I'd love too, but this result makes it clear that I shouldn't in order to not disrupt the community. I'll have to keep my thoughts to myself more, I wish I knew this in the beginning.

"The Community" is made up of all kinds, though. A few, sadly, are just grumps who are going to hate on you because that's who they are. But the majority want to hear new ideas, and that's the audience you should care about when you post.

I thought I came up with some world-changing suggestions a while ago. Same happened to me, probably happens to anyone who suggests stuff. I'm also sure there's 2-3 managers here who'd give me poor rating, simply cause they don't like me, regardless of the suggestion.

Actually, I had a rant myself once ("Step out of the darkness and show your faces, you cowardish b@stards!!"). Nothing you can do, except show perseverance. Like Lamunia said already: this is the internet.

Good luck with your next suggestion. Keep on trying, mate.

Now I remember Pete liked one of my suggestions ("Drop draftees IQ"), although the majority of voters disliked the idea. Hence Pete implemented it after a while. You see, you don't always need great ratings to contribute to useful changes.

However, I have no idea why some managers cannot express their opinion...I had the same situation when posting IMO good ideas, and some simply voted/said NO, without any reason...I dislike this behavior very much

I find it amazing how people easily give me a poor rating on things I suggest to make the game better, but are too pathetic to state why they feel the way they do and can only hide like cowards in anonymity and not at least explain why they feel my ideas are poor. How very sad.
othen if an idea is so bad i dont feel the need to waste my time explaining why its so bad so i just rate it as very poor which just takes one click. I do agree with you on the part of anonymity, i think you should be able to view who has rated a suggestion.

I guess it is the "complainers" duty to explain. It is just a question of being polite IMO. And the poster of the suggestion might want to know if he is completely off with his post for a certain reason...

Lol... Kim Jung Pete sounds really diplomatic right now... I dont have any sources but I know Pete practices "fuzzy" math on these votes. We were winning on that H/W thing

BTW, I'm still wondering who panned my suggestion "Ban exposed squirrel nuts".
