My team? I am a season behind,.... Finnished 6-10 after two 9-7 seasons,... not even close.....

i don't know how it would be in the NFL but in soccer in my country if a team can not show they can cover their expenses they are demoted from professional sport. players usually released as they have contract only for pro leagues valid

A Player is not gonna leave a team in mid season, ESPECIALLY, when the said team, within the first 2 weeks, would be back in the BLACK... after less than a quarter of the season...
Now if they were in the red for a season or 2,... then I could maybe see it. But usually the owner will sell the team to someone with more $$$ before that would happen. |

i know of several players that left their team because they didn't get paid their salary for some time
but it is very easy .. there are rules, you know them, you play after them or not. but if not you have to deal with the consequences btw i just needed around 8 million for the offseason maybe even less |

After last league game, I had 35 million in the bank.
as of right now, I have 9 million in the bank. after Wednesday, I will have about 5 million in the bank,.... Since my first league game is on the road (again) this comming Saturday, I will have about 1 million left in the bank one week from today. that will be about 34 million, without playing a meaningful game, during the off season.... |
