Week 14 Preview Gonna be a Game: ![]()
Rome Torresina @ Baltimore Blue Crabs(+5) SDMOTW imo but the committee is going to pick the next game. This one is for the lead in the AC North. The Crabbies won earlier this year 33:27 to give them the one game lead they enjoy now. But the #1 rated Roman pass defense will have a say in this game. I can't turn my back on them now! Get 'em Snapping, take the Crabs and the 5 points.
I Just Wanted to make a Few Comments on the Game for most of the Marbles. Playoff Implications: The AC North Is tied if 2 of these Three Scenarios occur Rome Torresina win this game and if Either Rome Beats the Glasgow Tigers or I lose to the Downriver Seals, Rome Wins the Division if all three occur, and I win if 0-1 scenario occurs. Historical Matchup: In 7 Games since the First Blue Crabs Game, Baltimore's Record is 3-4 against Rome Torresina Rumor Mill: There is a Rumor of a Secret Anti-Roman Blue Crabs Playbook called Alaric (Because he Sacked Rome) that was used in their most recent encounter. I can Neither confirm nor Deny these rumors and it could all be an elaborate hoax. |

Yes. You were the underdog in the game and HSL was favored to win by 18.5 points. So when I say "Take the 18.5 and hope the Reapers can keep it close." I am betting that you win the game or lose the game by 18 points or less. Make sense? Ok yeah that's what I thought, just making sure. I'm not a betting man. lol |

Week 14 Review
Gonna be a Game: ![]()
Downriver Seals 27 Copenhagen Chargers 16 EVEN How the Seals pulled this one out with only 190total yards needs more research. 5 picks by the Chargers qb Simon "Says" Falkesgaard is all we need to know case closed. Seals Ghosts of Koh Phangan 23 Wrexham Exiles(+8)17 Exiles loss gives them lots of company at 9-7 and in the wc race. Crazy game in that Wrexham dominated TOP 34/26 and Total yards (497/338). If it wasn't for the disastrous pick on the final q4 drive, the Exiles would have won this one. Both teams Manta Rays 16 Yorkshire Sea Owls(+9.5) 35 I feel like Hmph and I are the only 2 people in the league that believe in the Sea-Owls. This was a close game until the fourth quarter when the Sea-Owl defense took over with a fumble recovery and a pick that both led to Yorkshire Td's. Owls Northern Storm(+15.5) 20@ Michipicoten Corsairs 23 Total run attempts:14 Total pass attempts:139 Both teams over 400 yards passing. Strange then that both teams had only 2 Td's. The Corsairs kick that extra fg to win it. Both teams Rome Torresina 35 Baltimore Blue Crabs(+5) 13 I really wish coaches Karma was a thing. I get that making a playbook is hard but the idea that a team would have 2 run only formations and 1 pass only formation is ridiculous. Our pick: St.Pauli Packers(+15) 34 HAMBURG SEA LIONS 35 The SDMOTW lived up to its billing here. Game winning final drive by HSL had the fans losing their minds. The Hamburg rivalry is the best in RZA. HSL Might be a Game: dERBENT CONVICTS(+41) 9 mystics 44 Love it when the line is right on like this. mystics putting up impressive yardage 523 including 203 on the ground. Our pick: Maineville Maulers(+26) 38 Devon Warriors 52 Ninety combined points seems like a failure to play defense at all. 500 yards for the Maulers vs 610 for the Warriors. I would hate to break the golden rule of Score 40= win. Our Pick: Minnesota Minotaurs(+27.5) 20 Gaylord Spartans 30 First time looking at the game. Minotaurs played a really close game with the stats being pretty even. Not that anyone cares but I'm not happy with the Spartans individual stats. Blocking/missed tackles. Minotaurs PATAGONIA RAPTORS(+10.5) 31 Rome Centvrions 60 Second play of the game saw the RAPTORS throw a pick six. That was one of three pick sixes in the game! The Raptors threw for 476 yards but had SEVEN interceptions! That is not going to get it done. Centvrions Seattle Sea-Reapers 49 Minnesota Silver Foxes(+17.5) 10 Two Q1 interceptions turned into touchdowns set the tone here. While MSF was able to right the ship after that, it was too late. Seattle had 578 to MSF 271 total yards. 300 more yards more than your opponent is dominating. Sea-Reapers Not going to be a Game: Cincinnati Bungals 90 Bot 0 Still Boring! No pick Glasgow Tigers 83 PNW Lions(+68) 0 No pick Hound Dogs(+28) 0 Terrifying Hamsters 63 Our pick Jesters(+37) 6 London Silverbacks 66 Our pick: Krakow Conquerors 51 Kacynski Ballers(+35) 0 Our pick: Our picks: 12-2 |

Week # 15 Preview
Gonna Be The Game: ![]() ![]()
The Canadians(+3.5) @ Gaylord Spartans 3 weeks ago it was 27:17 Spartans. Corsairs find themselves 3 back of the Spartans with three weeks left so it is now or never for their playoff dreams. Spartans know that the Canadian MOTY is gone and this one is on home turf. Take Gaylord and give the 3.5. Gonna be a game:
Kaczynski Ballers @ PNW Lions EVEN I love this matchup. I'm rooting for the Lions but the Ballers have been here a bit longer. Both teams 1-12 in the AC North. I'm just hoping for no tanking. Bet the Ballers said for the first time ever. London Silverbacks(+11) @ Wrexham Exiles These 2 have never met. I like it. The Exiles find themselves in a three way wildcard race with the Hamsters and Centvrions. While London has to keep ahead of the Centvrions for the AC South lead. Exiles with the #2 rushing attack London with #4. Eleven seems like too much. Take the big Monkees and the points. Minnesota Silver Foxes @ Minnesota Minotaurs(+1.5) It seems like these two should have some sort of trophy they would play for. “Keg of Nails” or “Snow Bowl” “Land of 10,000 Lakes Championship” Anyway that is a work in progress. Minotaurs crusied 38:17 earlier this season. I see a repeat. Minotaurs and the 1.5. Terrifying Hamsters (+12.5)@ Devon Warriors Hamsters shocked the Warriors 31:30 in the first week of the season. The little rodents currently own the last wildcard spot. The Warriors think this is wrong and are out to prove it. I hate giving this many points but I have a feeling. Take the Warriors giving the points. Might be a game:
Copenhagen Chargers (+57) @ mystics C'mon Chargers! I 've heard that there is a spark there. Take the 57 points and hope the mystics play the backups. Ghosts of Kho Phangan @ PATAGONIA RAPTORS (+51) This one gives me pause because I don't trust the RAPTOR pass game. The can easily lose by 51 if they chuck it all over the field like they have been doing. The Raptors have thrown 50 picks in league games. Note: second place for picks in only 28. Ghosts are too good for that silliness. Give the 51! and hope the starters play all game for the Ghosts. Maineville Maulers(+54) @ Glasgow Tigers Earlier this season it was 41:30 Tigers. I expect the same here. Take the Maulers and the points. Manta Rays @ dERBENT CONVICTS(+25) Earlier this year it was 38:20 Rays. I expect the same here. Take the CONVICTS and the points. Rome Centvrions(+39) @ HAMBURG SEA LIONS These two have never met. Both teams need this win. HSL to keep atop the North and the Centvrions to stay in the wildcard hunt. I'm a little woried that HSL goes nuts here on the Roman defense. But 39 is too many. Let's go Centvrions and the 39 points. Rome Torresina (+17) @ Krakow Conquerors Romes record at 7-6 is one worse than Krakow at 8-5, but their playoff chances are much greater as they lead the AC North. Krakow finds the Owls a game ahead in the division and the mystics a game ahead in the wc race. Let's see if the Roman #1 pass defense can pull this one out for them. Take Rome and the 17 points. St. Pauli Packers @ Cincinnati Bungals(+32) The Bungals shocked the Packers ealier in the Supercup 35:30 Can lightning strike the same place twice? Yes, but that is irrelevant. Bungals lose this one to the playoff bound Packers. But we will take the Bungals and those juicy 32 points. Yorkshire Sea-Owls @ Downriver Seals(+32) Yorkshire won 42:8 to open the season. They have gotten better. I want to root for the Seals but they haven't threatened the order in the NC East yet. Give the points and take the Owls. Not gonna be a game:
Baltimore Blue Crabs @ Hound Dogs soon to go bot bot @ Northern Storm Soon to be bot @ Seattle Sea-Reapers I was asked what the formula is for the line. The delta of the two teams ELO/10. I have found it is strangely accurate. |

The Centvrions play some very sophisticated ball and have shown all season that they are not to be underestimated. Which we won’t ![]() |

Man, what a crazy SC game today. How the hell did I get 8 picks against Yorkshire? LOL Is there a different engine for Super Cup than League? Or did you start a backup? I sure wish I could get a performance like that in league play.
Maybe the new coaches are kicking in. |

Hopefully he will improve but for now, unless a new guy comes available, im stick with gordon until he improves |

My backup quarterback is ready to take over. My third string quarterback is not much behind him, but being as he's the same age I think I will let him walk or put him up on the market. So I will let you know if I put him on the market so you can see if he is an upgrade or not, he still pretty cheap. |

Im planning on moving to a more ground based game, and Cannon (old QB) although only 26 would have cost me £400k next season. So i just binned him off to give new QB more time as he'd done well in the games he'd p[layed. Unfortunately he is a pick machine |
