Agility

Agility helps carrying the ball, causing fumbles, making and avoiding tackles or blocks and making or avoiding sacks. Also it helps a fumble returner or interception returner on carrying the ball back as much as possible.

There is a hidden cap, so the player is limited, and cannot raise his agility to level 50. You will see a yellow warning sign behind the agility value in the player details, if he is near the cap. How early you will see it depends on the quality of your Scout. You will see a red warning sign behind the agility value in the player details, if he hit the cap already. Once the player hits the cap he could still gain training points and raise the agility, but it is much harder for him - he simply needs more training to make progress.

After 5 seasons it seems Agility is the most undervalued skill in the game
