lot's of ideas, complaints, discussions are going on about the transfer market, this is why we will close it.

There will be a change on the bid limits. In the past the lowest possible bid was $1,000 on top of the former bid. This will be changed to $1,000, but at least 5% of the former bid.
This means:
Example 1: the old bid was 10,000, the new bid has to be at least 1,000 higher, so a total bid of 11,000 is required
Example 2: the old bid was 1,000,000, the new bid has to be at least 50,000 higher than the old one, so a total bid of 1,050,000 is required.
We just try to avoid these long long sessions where two managers are overbidding the other by 1,000, while the total bid is at 10,000,000 or even more.
The change will be activated on Season rollover to Season 4, around 13th of May 2012.
