Forgot to do my predictions for the divisional round.
The Blue Bulls situation kind of got me off of it. :SMH: Still, Lions upset the #1 Power Rankings seed (Destroyers) with a win, an unconvincing one that only took shape in the final quarter with 5 picks by the Lions defense...yes you read that right, 5 interceptions in the final Quarter. Lions offense was held in check all game long and it was the defense to win this one. Still I must admit if felt good to pull off the win against the team that has been the Lions black beast, and the way it happened reminded me of our regular season defeat where Lions held a solid lead going into the final quarter but allowed 20 points in that last quarter to lose it by 2. This time it was the other way around, still congrats to the Destroyers for yet another top notch season. No suprises in the other games. Only one major favourite in the Conference finals, the Dice Rollers against the Lions (Lions have been owned by the Rollers this season and in previous seasons), the other game should in principle be close. |
