This season looks a bit easier then the last one, at least on paper, will see how it goes. No idea how strong new teams in my div really are, but I still see myself fighting for #1 div spot vs Steamrollers, Underachievers doesn't really fit them anymore we can move ours to a later time so we can watch it in the cave  |

Sorry Pete but the elite league kickoff time is democracy gone wrong, the sooner it's moved to the home teams kickoff time the better. From a personal point of view I stopped paying attention after about week 4 and had I stopped up I wouldn't have finished this season for certain |

Motivation is at a low ebb for me too, 2 reasons for that:
- terminally slow progress at fixing the broken passing game - I tried medium and long passing against all my bot opponents last season and the results were still utterly diabolical. There needs to be an option for intelligent/experienced QBs to dump a pass off short if there is not an open receiver on a deeper route. - league kickoff times, I know we can change them for other games, but only if the opposition agree to that change, and it's just an unnecessary ball-ache. Couldn't agree with you more especially the kick off times. The home team should get the "advantage" of playing at their old league time. A few seasons ago I drew Lucea cardinals in the supercup and I requested a change of time as I was at work when the game kicked off. This was politely refused because he had early starts and living in Germany meant a really late kick off. Had we met up again this season we would have a similar stand off without a change in circumstances. |
