I will have to rework the guide in the near future anyway, since some stuff has changed.

I figured out a good way to see what skills are important: look at the players in the draft and what skills a position has high values in. That is 'made' by Pete so he has to show his hand here

Nah, although it sounds like a good idea at first Pete has said before that draftees don't have all the skills they need, defensive players always have low AGI for example.
