One point of disagreement... FB with great physicals are excellent draft picks.
Generally I go for the best available speed Plus strength. |

I agree. FBs are great. They're like super flex players.

Could you elaborate on that please? S2 and S4? I got drawn into NFL by the Ravens' smashmouth football in Flacco's rookie season, so I'm no stranger to that a good FB CAN do IRL, I'm not so sure when it comes to this game though. |

Hey Lamba I'm new here myself but have played a lot of fantasy since the internet started.
I've taken advice from a few here already including Fummer but here is how I'm going at the draft. Only a suggestion. I am culling my roster everyday to improve my measurables and will be drafting on current needs. My current needs are changing every few days which can present a problem when you have to continually change your draft order. I combated this problem by downloading the draft player list, sorting by position and assigning each player a value within each position. This allows me to easily change my draft order to reflect my current needs. Good luck. I've never played any simulation like this before and there is a lot to do and remember but it's exciting! Not really. Although we're only talking about 2 formations, the FBs ability to block from these formations while not losing any rushing ability supercharges these formations because RBs cannot block at all. This decreases the sack % from these formations to something much lower than any other formation by a significant amount.

I really think you should reconsider this approach. I checked your players, and i think you should go "best player available". PM me for a draft formula that may help with this. |

Sorry, missed your post. I honestly don't think the player part of this is too tough. I have yet to see how training/player developing actually works, but that aside, I'm not too intimidated. I'm just one of this world's semi-lazy min-max'ers, so I'm trying to find whatever shortcut I can, without losing out on things. |
