First of all it has to be said admirals is definitely the hardest league to start out in, because of the amount of human players. That being said I don't understand what you expected when you started playing.

Secondly: HAVING A HIGH ELO RANKING MEANS NOTHING. All it does is make sure that if you have been playing this game long and have had some success you're going to take huge morale hits when you lose to a newer rising team. It's not a good thing for teams that have been playing since seasons 1-15

Now, I am very happy that this game is in no way pay to win and it takes some time to get a truely competitive team. But is it really that hard?

There are tons of examples of teams that are really competitive that have started in or after season 20. Don't believe me?

What you should do is look at where some younger teams are ranking at the moment instead of focussing on ELO:

There's 2 teams in Elite right now that started Season 20: Gladiators & Tigercats

In 1.1 There's 39 Teams that started post season 20 and that are playing over .500:

Admirals (toughest division): Erdington Doleys, Golden taints
Claymore: Micro Giants, Blu Babes, Masovia Wild, Bonnyrig Bombsquad
Dragons: Werewolves, Madrid Vikings, Nevada Scorpions
Fire: Rocket, Isotopes, PR Chaser, Haikou Hurricanes,
Galaxy: Durham Wasps, Munich Saints, Phins, Dumbarajko Elephants, Saffron City Psychics, Coastal Dolphins
Monarchs: Enschede Cowboys, Nittany Nation, Growlers, Utah Renegades, Dijon Behemoths, Hammaburg Blue Devils, Shmetans
Sea Devils: Wasteland Wolves, Barmbek Cutbacks, Rosenheim Rangers, DC Washingtonians, Constanta Sailors, Lake Erie Monsters
Thunder: Istanbul Whitings, Wolflings, Novi Cougars, Thunder Bolts, Jininice Forever, Harlingen Whalers, Befuddled Bubble Bobbles.

Instead of spending all your time and forum posts focusing on why YOU, yourself are unable to make a competitive team in the time that YOU, yourself find acceptable, you could spend it reaching out to those teams and mentors mentioned above and spend your time figuring out what they did right. Which may come as a surprise to you, but it will be all the things everyone has been trying to tell you over the last few weeks.

Speaking for my own experience:
1) Read the fucking manual
2) Read JAck's RZA Guide
3) Max out your stadium

Oh, since you're such a big fan ot Math: I spent under 20 million on the transfermarket combined over my first 2 season and ended up with a 65% overall team, a maxed out stadium and a maxed out youth academy. You have already spent over 20 million in less than a season, have a 51,7% overall team, No maxed out stadium and I'm pretty sure no maxed out youth academy.

There's an old saying that says: PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN GLASS HOUSES SHOULDN'T THROW ROCKS.

Honestly for all its faults, RZA is one of the easiest games for new teams to catch up. There are no members or supporter numbers that mean the best teams can grow infinitely.

Instead everyone has the same max capacity. Main difference is the top teams have a heck of a lot higher wage bills.

Any perpetual game means that new teams need time to catch up. Max the stadium, keep wages sensible, grow steadily and your there.

Once you have maxxed your stadium if you keep wages sensible - the gap between you and the elite narrows every week as they are leaking more cash than you. The ranking thing is irrelevant.
