Keep it going! And if I can be a bit greedy, having this for the best game of the Supercup PO or even the Elite League would be just awesome. Seconded, very high quality stuff! You're too nice! Thank you for the kind words. Will think about branching outside of The Galaxy In the meantime, here's the Match of the Week you guys motivated me to do today Source: https://i.imgur.com/3fdSscm.png |

Source: https://i.imgur.com/ESO4XT9.png AC 1. 14-0 Pretty Guinness Consumers - Patay's Exocets has been playing teams tough, but the young team can't finish (see: A Tale of Two Halves). With only a Bot and Exocets on the schedule, the #1 seed is secure. 2. 13-1 Grizzly Bears of bupti – utilizing the same, effective playbook every game since beating La Spezia Sprugoleans with it during a friendly match back in season 32, bupti has shown how consistency can pay off. Don’t expect that to change against Pejrez or the Toucans. 3. 12-2 Tool – Having played arguably the easiest schedule of any Galaxy team this season based on opponent records, Tool could still hit a road bump made of Mongolian Praire Weasels, or lose a heartbreaker to Patay’s Exocets. If it happens, then advantage Scots Lions. 4. 11-3 Scots Lions – A matchup with Oulton Estrellas could prevent an ascent to #3, but won’t bring them further down. The Estrellas did beat Patay’s Exocets in the Tale of Two Halves, and Patay’s Exocets handed the Lions a 29-26 defeat a few weeks ago. It isn’t a long shot to suggest that a loss to Estrellas would bring things full circle. 5. 11-3 Philadelphia Eagles – Unable to defeat division rival bupti and his Grizzly Bears, the Eagles will have to settle for a wildcard spot. They will make for a lethal playoff opponent as the only other unit to bring them down is a tough, undefeated group of Pink Attractive Beer Drinkers. 6. 8-6 Saffron City Psychics – The six spot is contested between the Psychics, and the 8-6 Estrellas. But with a PD advantage of 28 points, and back to back dates with Bots, it would require a Deus Ex Machina for one of those Bot teams to spoil the Psychics playoff aspirations. NC 1. 13-1 Torino Black Bulls – Barbados could try and spoil Torino’s seeding, it’s been rumored they have been running scrimmages to figure out how, but a 74-14 loss to 16 Horsepower two weeks ago does not bode well for the Cake’s chances of rising to the occasion. This leaves only The Raspberry Bush for the Black Bulls to trample in the last week of the season. 2. 12-2 Bretzfeld Bandits – The Bandits sent Deimon Devil Bats back to hell earlier this season, 36-7. With only the Devil Bats and a Bot left, Bretzfeld should remain at #2. Even with a loss, Dream and Grind does not have the PD to contest them. 3. 11-3 Dream and Grind – Position as the #3 seed is assured. Two Bots will not change that. 4. 10-4 Barbados Cakes – Not even a plate of pasta and meat could catch the Cakes, no matter what happens the rest of the season. #2 in the division, Caplit e salama is 7-7. 5. 12-2 16 Horsepower – Nothing can catch horsepower at this point. No one wants to play them in the playoffs. 6. 9-5 Reclusive Renegades – The most contested seed in the Season 39 Galaxy Playoffs goes to the #6 seed in the NC. Deimon Devil bats also has a 9-5 record, and BOTH teams have a PD of 249. But with the #2 seed Bretzfeld Bandits predicted to defeat the Devil bats next week, the Renegades have only to contend with The Raspberry Bush next week, and a Bot after that. With so much at stake, Deimon Devils Bats at Bretzfeld is no doubt this week’s Game of the Week! Last edited on 2020-07-26 13:25:06 by Maynard |

My team is totally overrated. Just cut the pipeline, and those suckers won't know how to play ball, anymore.

Very impressed by AC #3 seed, 46-2 is quite an accomplishment in the W/L column

Good game, Auers!
Congrats to Saffron City Psychics and Reclusive Renegades on getting into the playoffs, and congrats to Pretty Guinness Consumers on going undefeated on the season. Good luck in the playoffs, y'all. |
