So do you guys play your draftees right away (they're better then most original players) or wait until there PC and Team Chem hits something reasonable?

Drafting 32/64/96 I got the dregs... I was looking for a QB, a young OL with lots of talent, and a young LB with high talent..
I got: - my 2nd choice QB (ok  )

I am just curious, how much scouting and ranking did you guys do? Did the people with the most scouting/ranking effort end up with the guys they wanted? For every person I hear say I got 2 of my top 6 players there is someone who didn't get close to what they wanted.

I scouted all the players and had my #1,6 and 9 so it worked pretty well for me
