Are all the teams that will play in playoff will pick later than ones that will not play in it? For ex. team A have record 9-7 and play Wildcard playoff, team B have record 10-6, but not enter playoff. What team will pick later in the draft

The Last to pick is the Superbow winner and after that all the playoffs contenders. So yeah, if you go in Playoffs, you pick after a team not entering in whatever you record is

from #1 to #20 : teams not going into Playoffs based on record
from #21 to #24 : teams losing on Wild Card based on record
from #25 to #28 : teams losing on Divisional Playoff based on record
from #29 to #30 : teams losing on Conference Playoff based on record
#31 : Bowl runner-up
#32: Bowl winner
