This off-season i had difficult decision to make when cutting a "end of this season" retiring player, since i wanted to make him a Team's HOF. As i understood manual correctly, once fired he's not eligible for Teams HOF anymore, right?

Is there a way to make him Team's HOF anyway?

Like offering possibility to "Retire with the team" after the 100 days period if the player is not picked up by another team meanwhile?

That is intentional. You wanna make him a HOFer? Keep him, pay him.

There used to be a numbering guide for position groups in RZA?

Example:
1–9: quarterbacks, kickers, and punters.
10–19: quarterbacks, kickers, punters, and wide receivers.
20–39: running backs and defensive backs.
40–49: running backs, defensive backs, linebackers, and tight ends.

Or did I imagine that?

Second question, see my first one above this one

In Manual under Coaches Karma it says:

Again, it is experimental. There is absolutely NO HARM in ignoring it for the moment.

Is this still true?

For RZA? No.

In other real life sport leagues, yes.
