as pointed out already, no MOTY in playoffs anymore....so how about we use this season's playoffs to determine best league?
- SuperCup and ChampOfChamps winners - 3 points for their league - SuperCup and ChampOfChamps runner-ups - 2 points for their league - the other 6 SuperCup and ChampOfChamps quarter-finalists - 1 point for their league So a total of 22 League Points. Not perfect, but it won't require anyone spending credits or giving up their friendlies (which I also like to use to rest starters, and train new players - same as Turtle) |

Honestly, I think everyone is make a big deal out of MOTY...I don't think that many outcomes were changed because of it, IMHO. I think random perhaps is a bigger determinant.
I think Friday friendlies, a lot of teams are using to bump up experience and TC and see how new players perform. A friendly cup might work, but do all the top teams have credits to play in a friendly cup? #1 in your hearts... Steve SD Blitz |

The problems with the ratings is that I think it over-weights Special Teams (good kick & punter) and additionally doesn't measure if somebody knows how to uses tactics and game strategy. It is difficult to rule out any league, unless it is highly populated by bots.
Dragons has some very good teams imo. Mine isn't too shabby. Majalorca Pigs Pink Panthers Valhalla Mystic Warriors Girona Dragons I'm sure each league could list 5 or 6 teams that are very good. The only way to truly settle this is to have a way to play each other...... |

I dont have time to prepare for next competion in some FC(friendly cup) This game is not only actual rating of our team, but also long term results. IMHO each league should count points for supercup positions&playoff plus CoC positions. For each round extra point. Then we can have some kind of comparison if we take e.g. 8 teams from each league and count the score. We should not count league playoff... This will, ofcourse, vary in time, so it has to be calculated for every season. Pete, the mighty one, could you do it in automatic simple way? Because be honest I dont have time to count it. |

In addition I'm sure teams going bot didn't help. Finally in one game elimination like coc matchups will play a factor as well. Horada lost a close game to Floters in the final 8. Horada missed a 36 and 41 yard field goal in overtime. Even after all that they had a 3rd and 2 that they didn't convert before Floters took the ball and drove down for the winning field goal. If anything I think Floters had a little luck in winning the game, by luck I mean that to avoid so many chances at a loss. So if not for the fortune vs Horada it would be 4 different conferences in the semi's. Too many factors to consider to use your reasoning for best league. |
