raiders wont! DT is what we will take You can find an article for every rumor: here The other funny story is, that the cardinals are interested in Carson Palmer, who is likely to be release soon rather than later. WTF.... Do you remember the rumors about McNabb in the desert? Not every QB with a strong arm fit in Arizona with Arians.... Tim Tebow has a strong arm or not ..... This storys are all crap.... The real story is, that Bruce Arians want to show, that he is the best coach ever, who can win the Superbowl with the worst roster in the NFL |

As a Bengals fan, I will laugh so hard if Arizona goes for Palmer. I already got to laugh at the Raiders a couple years back. Palmer could have been one of the best qbs in the league...... Too bad he never got over that knee injury from the playoff game in 05-06, and the ones that followed. He was never the same.
I feel so bad for Fitzgerald though. The guy is one of the best wrs in the league, and the Cards can't get a qb that puts the ball within 5 yards of him. |

The Cardinals get Carson Palmer and a 7th round pick for a 6th round pick and a conditional pick in 2014. Seem to be not so bad... better than drafting a QB this year. The will get 16 mio$ (up to 20Mio $, with 10mio$ guaranteed) in the next two seasons. It's a little upgrade compared to Kolb. Lets see how he can play in this tough NFC West. His stats in a week division were ok last season.

I like the move. We gave up very little in terms of draft value, for a league average QB. It's a stop-gap move in reaction to a weak QB draft.
The salary is higher than you'd like, but that was the cost of persuading him to move to Arizona. It won't help much in terms of competing in the division, but it should get the fans more engaged. |

Daryl Washington has been suspended by the NFL for the first 4 games. The reason is not public unitl now, but it hurt the team a lot. I will be a big challange to win games without the two starting MLBs from last season. Washington was an anquor of a good defense. I fear the defense will be not the same this season. Let's hope the offense will be better with Palmer under center.

Are the Cardinals a lucky looser? For sure they wanted a LT, but all were gone in the Top 4. Cooper has the talent to be a probowl guard in the next 10 years. I think he might help the OL in many aspects. The next two picks are important, too. I think they have the focus on SF and OLB.... perhaps CB and RB.
I think they will target Cyprien (SF), D. Moore, (DE/OLB), A. Brown (ILB), Te'o (ILB), J. Banks (CB), J. Tylor (CB) or Minter (ILB). I would like Johnthan Banks, because his name is very similar to my real name |

I think Cooper was the wrong pick at #7 ....... he's not even the best OG. Chance Warmack went at #10 to the Titans. Arizona should've taken him. For sure Warmack was rated higher, but all experts said, that Cooper is the better guard for pass protection and with more experience. They need a Guard more to protect immobile C. Palmer and not a primary runblocker like Warmack. |

Absolutely the wrong pick and they should have traded back if possible. Cooper is the best guard and it makes sense to try to protect Palmer while building the better offensive line. Still they should have traded back, got Kyle Long and then a couple picks to go along with it, one of them could have been a better 2nd guard than Wartford, who won't be anything. Love the Minter pick and Okafor was a steal. I'll hold my breath on Tyrann. |

Minter and Okafor seem to be picks to fill some acute needs. I was wondering, why they didn't took a SF in the draft. Undrafted Rookies can't fill the holes of Rhodes and Wilson. |
