Because we had this before that both QB get injured in a game i carry always 3 QB in depth chart
But either i play "dont substitute QB" so i play all the time only one QB Or i would play open and then all 3 would play I would prefer to have on QB an "emergency spot" So this could make it to play #1 and #2 in rotation and #3 would only come in when #1 AND #2 injured in game Personall i do not see exploit risk since QB is only position with only 1 starter need and i can use the "emergency spot" only when field 3 QB |

You can put your 3. QB as 3rd Kicker and select, never substitute Kicker. If your first 2 QB are injured, than the engine look first for another QB on the DC and would find the QB as K.

Sorry, but I cannot confirm "abuse"...I hope you will understand that.
I am thinking quite a bit different: If you take the risk of having no QB due injuries, take it. If you don't like that way, carry a third QB, and by this consume one DC-slot. |

Your decision...even I will never understand what's wrong in telling details about possible "exploits", or even "holes". This sounds ... just selfish... somehow...However, it is on you.
