Ok Pete, then the first thing we need to get sorted is what exactly will H/W do. Will they simply limit other physicals or will they directly effect gameplay.
Like I gave as an example earlier - things like greater reach for taller players, greater momentum for heavier (which does not necessarily mean they are strong either)? Or will H/W simply limit spd/str/agility? |

Suggestions about height & weight will always pop up until they get implemented in some way IMO. So why not implement h&w as special traits? Sounds like a good middle ground to me, plus we already have Heavyweight trait for example. The optimum/avarage just means the player has no (h&w) traits.
Thoughts? |

Haha..
"Hey lets do it this way" "OK, then we need to do that way first" "Why not sticking with this way" "Ok, we use another way"... Don't get me wrong, but without having averages everybody could agree on (more or less), all additional steps are wasted. This is why I suggest to find the averages and ranges first (1). Then we can decide how it affects the whole thing on training (2), gameplay (3) and so on (4). After that we can discuss about edges (5), cut them (6). And go online (7) So let's stick on 1 for the moment... |

Do we get facilities to control weight?
If height and weight are related to spd/str/agility, this will give clues about caps (especially if weight is fixed). Do 16yo get taller with age? |

Ok, here we go...again First task is: add height and weight for each of these positions, as range QB RB FB OL WR TE DL LB CB SF K P G KR Let's see if our community can finish this task without sarcasm, bad style arguing, attacking, offending, killings... Yes, you can! The idea is: if we are able to find "the optimum per position", we could this for the existing players, and this optimum would let you use the player as per today. This is the first step... Now show me we can have serious discussions, trusting you Did a research and suggested in a diferent thread for discussion, because this one is cluttered. |

If you read my post on Page 1 , you'll see some of the NFL ranges for WR & RB.......... and that doesn't include past players who were taller/shorter and heavier/lighter.
If they are actual players who had an NFL career then surely your 'range' has to include them ? |
