I felt inclined to start this thread based on a mail I received today by my friend Kottan, manager of the mighty Bretzfeld Bandits.

I showed him mine (about two and a half inches long) and he showed me his:

Humphrey Bogart, Superman and David Bowie - all in one person!!!

Wow. Now that's a buttload of wasted training points on 1 player right there! But I guess he will have a huge immediate impact on the team once he gets promoted...

Mine is currently an OL, Age 20, TW 41, STR 43,2 no yellow, POS 20, VIS 15, BLK 15 and training, FOO 18.

My best is an 18-year-old WR with
50 speed
20.6 catching
40.2 intelligence
40 teamwork

Currently he's only 20.9 in strength and lacks agility and positioning. So, there's lots of work to do...

This year I develop(ed) 2 guys.

The 1st I just transferred to seniors, a CB with SPE49, STR35, INT29, TW41, VIS22, TAC22 and POS15.

The 2nd I start to pamper from now on, a MLB with SPE41(max42), STR39(no yellow), INT41, TW27, TAC13, POS14 and VIS14.

None has traits, unfortunately. I'm unlucky with traits..

I'm with Ranagol... Hope his strength isn't capped!

Mine is a 20yo WR:

SPD = 43
STR = 36
INT = 40
TW = 30
AGI = 20
CTH =20
POS= 12

From next season I'll be bringing through 2 guys a season. And I have a nice group of 17yos at the moment, listed some of them here

Wow, that will be one expensive player, once the season is over.

Possibly you get away with an early developed DL, since they have so many skills weighting in, namely TAC, FOO, VIS, POS, Agility. He's only reached high skill at TAC, but still plenty to develop at FOO and AGI especially, which will take another 6 seasons roughly. From then on he must receive Franchise contract. No doubt about that.

However, there's no rushing against Bandits from soon onwards. This guy will take care of business!

This Kottans guy would be to expensive for me...

My best prospect at the moment is a 19 year old Oline guy with
strength 46,7 (cap between 49 and 50)
Int 41
TW 43
blocking 21
Footwork 15
pos 13
Agi 13
Speed 35 (cap ~37)
ATM i pump all my training points into his pos and train agi and footwork.

I like training Oline prospects, i have another 17 year old guy with uncapped 41,5 Strength and already blocking, footwork and pos around 13.
