I thought I'd put up recent moves by some of the Teams, just so people can give their opinions.
Here are 2 of the more interesting ones to get things started :-

Lions cut Titus Young (no big surprise) ....Rams claim him off Waivers.

My verdict :- Trouble with a Capital T ..... his salary is cheap and therefore cutting him would cost The Rams little, but I don't see how this is a good move for dressing-room harmony (a good move for Detroit dressing-room harmony though )

NY Giants to release Ahmad Bradshaw

My verdict :- Slightly surprised. They've got Andre Brown and David Wilson who are both promising, but I think it's a bold move to release Bradshaw who is only 26 (not old even in RB years !). I think this one is mainly about Money/Cap Space though.

I wouldn't have Titus Young anywhere near my team if I was an NFL GM. Good move to release him but I'm not sure what benefit it is for the Rams to bring him in.

Bradshaw is a more surprising move but I think with the Giants missing the playoffs they had to make some moves and this is only the starting point. They'll have more ahead I'd guess

Randy Moss is a free agent. So if the Rams go and sign him they'll have Titus Young (better than Megatron) and Randy Moss (best receiver of all times)... And then they have to build a new bigger dressing room, so the egos of the best receiving-tandem of all times don't collide.

Randy Moss best of all time?? Interesting thought I'd still prefer to have my QB throwing to Jerry Rice or Michael Irvin if I could pick anyone in their prime

That's probably right, but Randy Moss has put up numbers in his good years few could challenge. Besides he has been a different kind of player than Jerry Rice.

I still would say Randy Moss can help most of the NFL Teams if he doesn't go crazy.

A few here that aren't confirmed (nowhere near ) , but they are interesting rumours :-

NE Pats to cut both Wes Welker and Brandon Lloyd

Vikings to trade Percy Harvin.

and one that would be no surprise whatsoever :-

Falcons to cut Michael Turner

Welker is an unrestricted FA. They can't cut him
