su cosa e quanto incide il talento in un giocatore?

Rappresenta il valore massimo che possono raggiungere gli skill non fisici con il training.

esempio
TAL=5* il valore massimo è 50
TAL=4.5* il valore massimo è 48.5
TAL=4* il valore massimo è 47
TAL=3.5* il valore massimo è 45.5
etc, ogni mezza stella sono 1.5 punti

Più sono allenati alti e più il giocatore è forte ma richiede uno stipendio maggiore.

Ogni stella equivale a 3 punti
Si parte da una base di 35,poi sommi i punti delle stelle.
