Hello, to all and welcome to the season 12, state of the league address.
As of now, my main concern is the way our league is growing. Even for the level 3 leagues, I fell we firstneed to start a personal new comer mentorship program somehow. Maybe we could go back and start a lower league HOF or Championship page, which will also show the final rankings of the teams during the championship match,allowing new teams who at least stay a week will see that many division 1 teams had to grow first and was not so dominating to begin with. Last year was my second in 2.1, but from the outset I knew the competition wasn't there. However I want to see our league grow. Any thoughts? I know the time our games are played can't be that big of a issue since you have the live feature, so a way to welcome new league members is the thought I am going. |
