Rollover has began- - people retiring, new sponsors, and some a new league.
Looking thru my schedule..it has got more harder: I mean, i get to play Nogard's Pat early during the season, something that was unheard for me, a true test very early on. Not counting i play SAS in the 2nd week, this season could be on a slow start. Near the END- it gets BRUTAL- - the Lions, Panthers, and Shenko all back to back to back. Sure doesnt look like another 1 or 2 loss season here..I might easily fall 5 games here. We'll just have to see what my NEW 2 div. conf guys have in store to keep my Gators from winning a 8th division title in a row. BTW- since my Gators won our Conference this past season, it makes them elgible for the Cup of Champs, something i only done once before. Good Luck everyone on what looks to be some great matchups. |

3 out of 16 players announced retirement. Sadly 2 of these were my best players. But pretty lucky overall.

It's about that time! Once again, draft day is upon us!
Does anyone else think that this season's draft crop consists of 1/5 gold, 4/5 garbage, or is it just me? |

The draft is not the worst but even not the best I think. The real top players are very rare. Other draftboards had more of them but these drafts mostly had even more crap. so there are not so many gold nuggets but even not so many trash at all players like in some former drafts. I think it was last season or the season before. There were maybe 20 players to pick all others were for the trashbox.

As for overall quality of the draft, the fact is it is no different to any other draft, it's just that our teams are way better than they used to be, and so draftees have to be something special to stand out. |
