Oy di oh !

Now the regular season is finished we can take a look at our statistical leaders.

PASS.

For the passing yards, the best QB of the season 20 is Sancho García with 4912 passing yards. He's followed by Drac's Legions QB Johnie Grisham (4183 yards) and Paris Rooster QB Askhat Denisov (4075 yards).

But if they make their way through the field with their fantastic pass, they're not always find the end-zone. Only Sancho García was able to join the lead at passing yards AND pass TD this season with 60 touchdowns for the Cool-Runnings ! He's followed by Munich Runners QB Dyzma Dudzik (45 TD) and Venice Panthers QB Lloyd Cornett (44 TD).

As there is no pass without receiver, let's take a look at our receiver statistics. Drac's Legions WR HansDieter Fischer is the leader in passing yards with 1937 yards. He's followed by Miami Dolphins's TE Preet Krishnamurthy (1831 yards) and Paris Roosters WR Jed Hunt (1800 yards).

But same as for the quaterbacks classments, the bests scoring receivers are not the same ! For the first place this season, Milan Cordova scores 22 TD for the NOtown ~MYST1CS~ ! He's followed by Cool-Runnings WRs Roderick Rains and Tiberiu Peteleu with 19 TD each.

As a QB is nothing without a good O-Line, see who is the best OL of Sea Devils. The most impressive OL this season was Gabriel Hardy from Kasztelan Poznań with 569 provoked pancakes. he's followed by Venice Panthers OLs Thomas Vorstermans (566) and James Carney (548).

RUSH.

Now for the pure power, the guys with high engine torque ! The RB Csaba Debreczeni from Venice Panthers was by far the best rusher of the league with 3099 yards. he's followed by Winchester Lions RB Bud France (2401 yards) and Kaunas Hurricane RB Stef Rush (2055 yards).

And the impressive season of Csaba Debreczeni wasn't only for gaining yards, it was also for flaming the end-zone with his 22 TD. He's followed by Mombasa Lions RB Joshua Forbes (17 TD) and Chichester Chimera FB Anthony Rowe (16 TD).

But it's not finished for the RB of Venice Panthers. He's also the player who brake the most tackles, precisly 122. He's followed by Kaunas Hurricane RB Stef Rush (114) and Winchester Lions RB Bud France (109).

DEFENSE

How about the defenses ? Well let's begin with the D-Lines. The most impressive DL was Hasan Becker from Kaunas Hurricane with 45 tackles for loss. He's followed by NOtown ~MYST1CS~ DLs Keith Gilman (43 TfL) and Benny Johnston (40 TfL).

Just behind them, we can find some powerful LB who make some big hits on QB. The best sniper come from Wild Boars roster, it's Nevres Milosevic with 28 sacks. He's followed by San Diego Chargers LB Herman Bolden (24 sacks) and Wild Boars LB Islam Mirkovic (18 sacks).

On the sides on the fields you find the CB who were the most efficient tacklers this years and it begins with Serge Schäfer from Venice Panthers and his 203 tackles. He's followed by Wild Boars CB Teodosije Seselj (178) and Venice Panthers CB Ahmedan Guzobad (174).

We do not forget the best achievement of a good pass defense : make an interception. And at this game the performer of the year is the LB Guille Picazo from the Red Star Goats with 11 interceptions. He's followed by NOtown ~MYST1CS~ CB Ayubkhon Geynrikh (10) and Winchester Lions CB Lech Kulas (10).

SPECIAL TEAM.

Don't underestimate the importance of the special teams who are here to win tied games of create a bigger difference in the score. At this, the kicker of the year is Scott Delaney from Mombasa Lions and his 49 field goals ! He's followed by Devon Warriors K Ben Lange (39) and Cool-Runnings K Yevgeniy Smirnov (37).

MVP.

Now the MVP of the season. It's a really closed classment as a lot of players made a great importance during their teams games but the stats are here and the MVP of the regular season is Kaunas Hurricane RB Stef Rush with 8 MVP awards. Just followed by Drac's Legions QB Johnie Grisham with 8 titles too and Kasztelan Poznań QB Howard Hardman with 7 titles.

Here we conclude our classment of statistical leaders for the players. Just a quick reminder of the number of awards by team.

This is interesting, but it really only highlights players ran as first string. I could easily have placed higher on more of these rankings, but I try to run a wider DC, thus making it virtually impossible to take the top ranks of statistical leaders(at least per player). To illustrate this point, look at my rushing. My best rusher has gained 603 yards in league play, but overall I have rushed 2730 yards. That's a huge disparity because I have 4 RBs and 2 FBs... and ALL of them rush.

I agree with you but IRL this kinds of stats are detained by teams with as "irregular" rosters.

The stats per team is kind of different but it was too much work for today. I will made another one with the team summary if I have some times in the weeks.

Still, it's pretty good performance for players and I feel it's a satisfaction for coachs who didn't make their way to the playoffs, see they can be in the competition even it's not a real prove of their level.

Oh, I didn't mean to diminish your work. It's always awesome when someone does something like this. I was just throwing a word of caution out there to relying too much on these particular stats.
