Likely yes, 2 quite established teams + plus my team from Elite relegated is a tough division. Hopefully you have some weaker opponents outside the division. You need roughly 3 to 4 wins for a relegation game spot and 5 wins are quite safe to stay. Depends on the schedule and eventually BOT of teams.

So I will die like a man and hopefully win the bowl of league 2 again in Season 30  |

4 of the last 6 remainining not spending teams look like they will fall bot soon or within a week. So they will not spend.
2 teams have not spend, even though they still played so far. |

Well I suppose the 'good news' is that if they go bot then they will fund the mediacentre in full. However, it would be better if they didn't go bot.

In my first season in 1.1 i annoyed the remaining players a little bit and invited them to fund the mediacenter
Maybe the reminder helps |

Yeah I sent out a reminder a couple of seasons ago (when 'the other Jack' was in the Elite and I wasn't). Last season I didn't care as I was in Elite
 This season Jack6 did the job |
