I just recognised why coaches search is such a pain in the ass and how it can be at least a bit become better.
For players you can setup a transfer agent which scans the new available players based on predefined value ranges and you get a mail, when a player fitting is on the market. For coaches there is not such a tool and if you look for a coach with a specific skill set, you have to look every 1-2 days to find ou whether some is available. It would be great to set an agent up similar to the transfer agent only for coaches and you get a mail when someone pops up fitting the ranges. From my point of view it would make this seach much smoother. |

Would be a really helpful tool. Maybe a rule is limited to a season or so. |

The Coaches TM seems to work in the same way that the Player TM used to work (before the Ebay style of TM bids replaced it). This means that your coach search agent might find the coach of your dreams but unless you were prepared to wake up at 02:00 or 04:00 etc etc then you could easily be outbid by someone who is Online when the bidding ends. Not much point having a good search tool if the old-fashioned Coaches TM stops you from easily buying the coach you've found. |

To make the coaches market a challenge, shouldnt there be just much more coaches with not so good skills, and some gold in between? Creating the agent is an obvious call because we got it for players already, but it seems to spoil the fun a bit.
I am alone with this? |
